If any of our members would like some Irish recipes let me know and I will post them on a regular basis. I have hundreds upon hundreds from friends and family there in Ireland.

That sounds like a good idea. Can you post the recipies with U.S. measurements? What I'm thinking is, I have a cookbook that I purchased when I was in England, but all of the measurements are different.
